Need A Friend? March 2022

"A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." Proverbs 17:17

By way of introduction, we need to understand that God intends relationships and friendships to be the context in which He does some of His most important work in our lives. Today, let's look at 7 important things to remember about friendship.

1. Everyone need friends to help them through life's difficult times. That's real friends: False friends will embarrass you.

2. Those of us who have real friends know they couldn't live without them. They are of immeasurable value.

3. Friends love enough to comfort you when you're wrong, and stand by you to help you through it.

4. If you have one or more such friends you are rich, even wealthy, beyond measure.

5. Those who do not cultivate committed friendships are poor indeed.

6. Many things in life are not left to our choosing, but friendships are.

7. Your choice in a friend is a responsibility that only you can shoulder.

I can't speak for you but I need good, honest and committed friendships in my life.
